Log Books

Monitoring your blood glucose levels helps you better control your diabetes and, more importantly, when you stay on track, you feel better. The information you track allows you to make necessary adjustments in diet and activity in order to meet your goals.

By taking "snapshots" of your day, a log book can help you and your healthcare provider know if your diabetes care plan is working or if it needs to be altered. Tracking helps you feel your best and reduce your risk of complications by knowing how food, exercise, medications, and insulin affect your blood glucose levels.
